The Olympic Villas Studios belong to the new building complex. They have view of the Cyclades islands of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros etc. They are fully equipped, like the apartments and the traditional houses.

These apartments along with the studios and the reception area compose the new building. The Olympic Villas complex has 10 apartments. All of them have toilet with shower & kitchen. Some apartments have view of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros islands but most of them have view of the magnificent Caldera.

Traditional Houses (Caves)
These houses are approximately 150 years old. The traditional houses are hot during winter and cool during summer time. Traditional houses can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. 7 of the houses have one bedroom & 2 of the houses have two bedrooms. All the traditional houses have bathroom, kitchenette, private terrace and view to Caldera. Due to their location they are inconvenient for babies and elderly or physically disabled people.

Olympic Villas is situated atop a cliff overlooking the village of Oia and the breathtaking Caldera. 9km from Fira (capital of Santorini) and 800 metres from the Oia's village centre. The nearest beach is 2,5 km away & can be accessed by car or bus (Baxedes).Near our hotel (100 metres) there is a public parking which you can use it without charge . Moreover, Olympic Villas has 2 swimming pools, one on each side of the hotel. It also has common terraces with sun beds and umbrellas , one big chess board. At these places you have access to the Internet (Free Wi-Fi). At the Air- conditioned reception area, you will also find a snack bar, breakfast buffet(extra charge), safe boxes (no charge). Olympic Villas provide daily room service (fresh face towels, rubbish removing, and floor cleaning) and additional fresh sheets & body towels every 3 or 4 days.

| ElenaTue 25 Sep, 2018 | will stay there againLast few years we stayed in Santorini at a few different hotels in Oia but this hotel had the best location - 10 minutes walk to the center of Oia and, at the same time it was away from the tourist crowd. It gave us a chance to walk everywhere - to a local winery ( highly recommend it), authentic restaurants in Finikia or to the center of Oia. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, no annoying tourists with a selfie sticks that are everywhere in the center of Oia. The view was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We did not buy breakfast but I am sure it would be great - the lady at the front desk offered us a few snacks upon our arrival - it was delicious! There are a few grocery stores around so we made our own coffee and prepared some breakfast (we stayed at an apartment). The room did not have a hair dryer but it was available on reception. Our recommendation to the owner are: Improve a WiFi service - the signal was very weak or we did not have it at all. Few extra plates, bowls and bigger size coffee mugs at the room would be great too. | 5 |

The cost we?re very affordable but the view was 5 STAR! the pool view and the view from our cave apartment was excellent. The hosts were kind and had answered any questions we had.
